Second skin
Leave the covering in place for the time recommended.
If a second-skin covering is applied, follow the timing given at your appointment. Remove it sooner if it leaks, causes irritation, or lifts enough to expose the tattoo.
Tattoo care
General healing guidance for Audreyanna’s clients. Instructions given at your appointment take priority.
Healing is part of the tattoo process. Keep the area clean, avoid unnecessary friction, and follow the care plan given for your tattoo.
Second skin
If a second-skin covering is applied, follow the timing given at your appointment. Remove it sooner if it leaks, causes irritation, or lifts enough to expose the tattoo.
Remove + clean
Remove the covering slowly and wash with lukewarm water and mild fragrance-free soap. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a clean paper towel.
Moisturize
Once the tattoo is clean and dry, use a small amount of the fragrance-free product recommended at your appointment. Avoid heavy layers.
While healing
Avoid soaking, direct sun, unnecessary friction, and picking or scratching. Let flaking or peeling happen on its own.
Long term
Once fully healed, regular moisturizer and sun protection help preserve contrast and clarity over time.
